And He Loves Her
April 26, 2014  | By David Bianculli

This latest Video Worth Watching comes from the folks at PBS Digital Studios, who have found fun ways to do new things with archival footage and audio. (Earlier, we've featured their mashup "music videos" compiled from Auto-Tuned clips from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood.) This latest example takes raw audio from a vintage cassette-recorded interview with John Lennon and Yoko Ono, conducted during the couple's infamous Bed-In for Peace in 1969, and enlivens it with complementary animation. All we are saying, is give this piece a chance. It's delightful. -- David Bianculli
