SEASON PREMIERE: One of the unofficial slogans of TV Worth Watching is the simple but direct promise, “No Kardashians.” Permit me to break that promise this once – not as a recommendation, but as a notation. So far this season, while CBS was presenting its trial season of Thursday Night Football, the hit Thursday sitcom The Big Bang Theory was moved to Monday instead. That ended last week, along with CBS’s run of Thursday football games, at least for this season. So this week, Big Bang moves back to Thursday, and looks what takes its place: This vastly inferior sitcom, which launches its new season featuring a guest appearance by Kim Kardashian, who plays herself. I presume that’s because a) CBS wants big buzz for this non-Big Bang comedy, and b) Kim Kardashian is playing herself because, really, whom else does she have the talent to play?
