2014 AMERICAN LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES
October 13, 2014  | By David Bianculli

TBS, 8:00 p.m. ET

It’s Game 3 of the ALCS, and the Kansas City Royals have a 2-0 advantage in this series over the Baltimore Orioles, so you’d think things, for the Royals, couldn’t be better. Except they can, and are. Tonight’s game is played in the team’s home stadium – the first pennant game to be played on home turf by the Royals since 1985. No wonder they look like they’re enjoying themselves so much. But maybe it also helps that in two games played thus far against the Orioles, the team has yet to be behind.
