INDEPENDENT LENS: “DETROPIA”
May 27, 2013  | By David Bianculli  | 1 comment

PBS, 10:00 p.m. ET

This may sound like a Syfy movie, but this new Independent Lens documentary, Detropia, actually tries to capture the city of a Detroit at a particular moment in time – a moment when the beleaguered city may or may not be about to experience a resurgence. It’s by Heidi Ewing and Rachel Grady, the team that made Jesus Camp. Check local listings.

This documentary gives a great visual of how America has eroded as is dying a slow death. The powerful elites who control the economies of the world wish to destroy what was once the great economic engine of America and have it conform to the New World Order system. This will first require America be left desolate and begging for a New Currency & giving up the envious Constitution it has. One who knows can easily connect the dots without the narrators help. Detroit is the leader & will be no different then most other major industrial export basses cities in America in the near future.
