Last week’s premiere episode of Gotham spent much of its time with Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor), the twisted little man who, in time, will reinvent himself as the villainous Penguin. This week, the focus is on young street stray Selina Kyle, who, in time, will become Catwoman – and who, in this young pre-costumed incarnation, is played by Camren Bicondova.
