On TNT at 6 p.m. ET, San Diego State, seeded No. 4 in the West, faces No. 12 seed North Dakota State, which beat No. 5 Oklahoma in overtime in its last game. On TBS at 7:10 p.m. ET, Syracuse, seeded No. 4 in the South, faces another Cinderella team, Dayton, the No. 11 seed that already has beaten No. 6 seed Ohio State.  On CBS at 7:45 p.m. ET, Wisconsin, seeded No. 2 on the West, faces No. 7 seed Milwaukee. On TNT at 8:40 p.m. ET, Michigan State, seeded No. 4 in the East, faces No. 12 seed Harvard, which already has knocked off No. 5 Cincinnati. And on TBS at 9:40 p.m. ET, Villanova, seeded No. 2 in the East, faces University of Connecticut (No. 7).
