SEASON PREMIERE: Royal Pains is back, and so is series star Mark Feuerstein, which will be good news for loyal fans of this USA series. But you’d have to be loyal to stay with this show this long, because even by casually scripted USA network standards, Royal Pains is onion-skin thin.
