It would seem to be good news for the odd-couple investigators, because Jackie (Kevin Bacon) and DeCourcy (Aldis Hodge) have gotten an arms dealer in custody, and suspect him of supplying automatic weapons and other guns to the armored-car robbers. But while the remaining crooks plan yet another heist, Jackie and DeCourcy argure about whether to charge the dealer and reduce the number of illegal guns on the street, or keep him in play to pursue the robbers.
