U.S. SENATE PRESIDENTIAL IMPEACHMENT TRIAL
Various Networks, 11:00 a.m. ET
Sometime this afternoon, the U.SA. Senate will vote on whether to impeach President Donald Trump, who already has been impeached by the House of Representatives. Will the Senate break from its pattern of voting mostly along party lines, and hold the President accountable for his actions? No. But it’s history in the making anyway, so watch it where you can find it. The expected acquittal is expected to take place at 4 p.m. ET. Then watch to see if the proposal for officially censuring President Trump, a sort of lesser punishment and official admonishment, makes it to the Senate floor.
