This 1967 movie, starring Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway as the infamous Depression-era bank robbers, was one of the most notorious, influential, and interesting films of that year – and 1967, in movie terms, was a very, very good year. If you haven’t seen it in a while, or at all, now’s a wonderful time to dive in. Great visuals, great music, great editing, and great acting – including from supporting players Gene Hackman, Estelle Parsons, and Michael J. Pollard. Directed by Arthur Penn.
