Just in case you’re awake early and haven’t seen this series yet: Early this morning, the Smithsonian Channel is presenting all three parts of Sir David Attenborough’s newest documentary series, which covers everything from pterosaurs and dragonflies to bats and geese. Like everything Attenborough hosts on camera, it’s inspirational, educational, and sometimes that much overused description of awesome. The entire series is shown from 6-9 a.m. ET, and if you watch or record it, you’ll thank yourself for making the effort.
