Yes,we will let Jon Stewart rest and follow him to his next project whenever. What a great tribute to him by the Arby's CEO and Viacom to let Jon say the cussword repeatedly in his closing thoughts and then some guy named Bruce sang him off with a bunch of staffers having fits of joy. If only more tv executives were this willing to try something different like the departing Hannibal on NBC at 10pm Saturdays till September. Oh,give Trevor Noah a few weeks to get acquainted with all of you who assume he can't be talented enough. He may surprise you as one Mr.Colbert did.
