This new documentary may be the vinyl word on why the once-huge Tower Records ended up collapsing. I used to shop a lot at the Times Square store in New York, so it’s a bit nostalgic. But not emotional – not so long as my favorite record store in the universe, Amoeba Records in Los Angeles, manages to stay afloat.
