The TV Legacy of Ray Bradbury
June 7, 2012  | By David Bianculli  | 1 comment

Ray Bradbury, who died Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at age 91, sparked television from its early Alfred Hitchcock Presents and Twilight Zone days to his own anthology series, The Ray Bradbury Theater, and beyond.

One of our favorite TV critics, Mark Dawidziak, contacted other genre heavyweights, including Harlan Ellison and Stephen King, for his own appreciation in the Cleveland Plain Dealer. We're happy to link to it HERE and present an episode of The Ray Bradbury Theater, "Tyrannosaurus Rex," which he based on his short story "The Prehistoric Producer."
