Stephen Colbert is orbiting the desk of CBS’s Late Show, but isn’t scheduled to touch down until September. Meanwhile, every so often, he surfaces with a bit of video to remind us that he’s out there, and still very, very funny. Here he is, confronting another of our favorite TV talents, astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson, on this week’s historic photos from Pluto – which Tyson was instrumental in downgrading from planet to “dwarf planet.” Colbert holds up a photo of Pluto, taken by the New Horizons spaceship the other day, with its newly discovered heart-like planetary shading feature, and tells Tyson, “It looks like a planet. It’s got atmosphere. It even has a heart – unlike you.” – David Bianculli
