That’s right ladies and gentlemen, Seth MacFarlane, creator of TV's Family Guy, American Dad! andand the feature film, Ted, is hosting the Academy Awards. When the news was announced last October, legions of viewers didn't know much about this behind-the-scenes guy. And in this recent clip from TBS' Conan, MacFarlane jokes, in his signature, witty way, that 95% of the Oscar telecast's billion-plus viewers will still be asking, "Who's that guy?" The 85^th Annual Academy Awards airs Sunday, Feb. 24 at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
