The Muppets are going gangbusters in this year’s Muppets Most Wanted, smartly led by Tina Fey in the starring non-Muppet role. It’s Charlie Brown’s turn in 2015 with the upcoming CGI animated big-screen Peanuts feature which will reintroduce the characters to a whole new generation of viewers. The big change, here in this preview, obviously, is Charlie’s big round head — which gets the 3D treatment and goes from a flat disc to Great Pumpkin. It’s a definitive artistic change for the timeless series, but the joy, togetherness and music still feel the same. USA Today reports that Craig Schulz, son of Peanut’s creator Charles Schulz is leading the project. ––Eric Gould
