Robin Williams: At Work and/or Play
August 12, 2014  | By Monique Nazareth  | 1 comment

We were stunned and saddened to hear about the tragic death of Robin Williams of an apparent suicide. The Academy, Emmy, Golden Globe, Screen Actor's Guild and Grammy Award-winning actor was just 63. William's widow, Susan Schneider, released a statement, asking: "As he is remembered, it is our hope the focus will not be on Robin's death, but on the countless moments of joy and laughter he gave to millions." One moment that stands out is his 2001 appearance on Inside the Actor's Studio. Williams kept everyone in stitches especially when he did an improv with a borrowed pink scarf. Lipton says that interview remains an audience favorite. -- Monique Nazareth
