If you’ve taken anything from a dance class to a Zumba class, you know the difficulty you encountered in learning the choreography. Imagine, then, your instructor is creating on the fly and you’ll only begin to understand the challenges faced on The Late Late Show with James Corden when he and Gwyneth Paltrow took such a class a few weeks ago.
