This day in 1998 marked the final telecast of the CBS police drama, Brooklyn South. The series lasted just one season, despite its promising pedigree; its co-creators included Hill Street Blues creator Steven Bochco, his NYPD Blue co-creator David Milch, and Blue collaborators Bill Clark and William Finkelstein.
The ensemble, set in Brooklyn, focused on the day-to-day activities of a group of uniformed officers and starred Jon Tenney, Michael DeLuise, James B. Sikking, Yancy Butler, Titus Welliver, Adam Rodriguez and Dylan Walsh.
