1997: Seinfeld Announces the End of 'Seinfeld'
December 26, 2020  | By TV WW  | 2 comments

On this day in 1997, Jerry Seinfeld announced the end of his hit NBC comedy series, Seinfeld. He announced his decision via an exclusive interview with the New York Times.

"I wanted to end the show on the same kind of peak we've been doing it on for years. I wanted the end to be from a point of strength. I wanted the end to be graceful," Seinfeld told the Times. "We've all seen a million athletes where you say, 'I wish they didn't do those last two years.' For me, this is all about timing. My life is all about timing. As a comedian, my sense of timing is everything."

In ending the show, the actor/writer/producer walked away from a reported $5 million an episode.

Navigate through fast-paced tracks filled with obstacles and sharp turns, where every second counts. Players must rely on quick reflexes and careful control to finish each course in record time. In polytrack, each level presents a new set of challenges, requiring players to adapt and improve their skills. The game’s increasing difficulty keeps players engaged, pushing them to refine their timing and precision with every race. Success in the game depends on maintaining focus and avoiding mistakes, as even small errors can result in crashes.
