As Homer Simpson once said, "It's funny 'cause it's true." Rumors about Jimmy Fallon taking over The Tonight Show have been swirling for months. There are reports out there it is a done deal, with Fallon moving Jay Leno's show to New York.

The above video shows the two comedians can still joke about the situation, and, really, if the controversy brings more viewers to NBC's late night franchises, the network is cool with it, too. Seems late night isn't late night without some hint that there is a "war" bubbling under the surface.

Still, it would have been funnier if the bit ended with Conan and Kimmel in bed together, watching Fallon and Leno doing this duet, and one saying to the other, "Can you believe these two?"
