Spencer Garrett guest stars as McCarthy – and depending upon when in 1954 this story takes place, it might well make room for legendary CBS newsman Edward R. Murrow’s stand against McCarthyism on See It Now – and for the resultant Army-McCarthy hearings, at which Joseph Welch famously asked McCarthy, “At long last, sir, have you left no sense of decency?” A question to remember.
