DOCUMENTARY PREMIERE: Sonja Sohn, who played Detective Kima in HBO’s The Wire, is behind this other timely, issue-focused TV program from and about Baltimore, MD. But this one is nonfiction, and looks at activists, police officers, civic leaders, gang members and everyday citizens as they react, immediately and in the 18 months afterwards, to the 2016 death of Freddie Gray while in police custody.
