This period serial killer series continues – and while it’s got some occasional scenes of interest, it’s also arriving at a time when dramas about serial killers, on television, outnumber those telling stories about just about any other profession or activity. So if you’re going to do one these days, it has to stand out, and not just because it’s set at an earlier time.
