THE GOOD FIGHT

I loved The Good Wife, and I love this CBS All Access spinoff as well. But not on CBS, where all I see and hear when I tune in is what’s been edited from this CBS prime-time rebroadcast of the streaming TV drama, for either time constraints or broadcast TV censorial standards. My recommendation: If you didn’t, and don’t plan to, watch The Good Fight on CBS All Access, but are still interested in watching this excellent drama series from Robert and Michelle King, buy the DVD, where the episodes are full-length and unedited. Christine Baranski stars.

Having missed some, I tried the CBS summer version. My complaint is that on my
service, CBS requires no fast forward, no pausing.
This ends up meaning anytime I don't watch an entire episode, and inclusive ads, I cannot pick up where I left off. I also am not allowed to break for a phone call, or anything then resume.
CBS wants their pay-for service so badly they treat their regular paying customers disastrously.
I won't cooperate. I'm happy to miss all CBS on demand. (approx 30% of hour is ads, cutting out enormous amount of content.)
This worked wonderfully years back for Dexter, but not so with Good Fight.
