SERIES PREMIERE: This is not a recommendation. Oh, there are moments in this new series, in which former Saturday Night Live player Jay Pharaoh plays a comic trying to make it in movies in Hollywood, which work. But there are just as many that fall flat, and a few that flat-out don’t work at all.
