This series, too, has bounced back of late, mostly because it’s found a way to put Saul and Carrie back on the same side, and sometimes even reciting lines of dialogue from the same page. But things continue to be treacherous for them both, though Saul, especially, has one more high-risk scheme up his CIA sleeve.

Since Alicia’s defection to her own starter firm became public news, things have been very tense for her in private. And tonight, even that privacy is invaded, as it’s discovered that her own webcam is being used to spy on her. But who’s the culprit – and why?

Barry Levinson, as both writer and director, made quite a name for himself with this 1982 character study – and also cast quite a few names who became stars in the years after this charming comedy was released. The movie focuses on a gang of friends on Baltimore, and there’s not a friend in the bunch who doesn’t pull his, or her, weight. Kevin Bacon. Paul Reiser. Daniel Stern. Steve Guttenberg. Ellen Barkin. Tim Daly. Mickey Rourke. All acting out one well-written scene after a

That turns out to be “Remember My Forgotten Man,” the remarkable closing number, sung by Joan Blondell, of this Depression-era Busby Berkeley movie musical as well – and 80 years

Episode 4. In tonight’s episode, the link, and the secrets, between Masterson the wealthy American (John Goodman) and his protégé Julian (Tom Hughes) become more evident – and more dangerous. It’s all part of a complex murder mystery, centered around the falsely accused bandleader Louis Lester (Chiwetel Ejiofor) and, this week, getting even more complex and sinister.

I’m not quite sure how Norton has managed to super-size his already enjoyable talk show this season, but it’s been ridiculous, and ridiculously entertaining. What makes his talk show unique? For one thing, and it’s no small thing, he invites most of his guests out at the very start, so that, recently, Sir Paul McCartney sat next to Katy Perry for the entire show. And tonight, the seatmates include another Sir, as well as a Dame: Elton John and Judi Dench.

Director Ang Lee’s amazingly filmed fable receives its TV premiere tonight, and the bigger screen you can use to watch it, the better. What a visual treat… and what an unpredictable story.
