Coping with success isn’t a bad problem for a TV show to have. It can still be a problem...

Springfield community theater has been a source of reliable entertainment for almost 30 years now, since Marge Simpson and Ned Flanders partnered for the musical version of A Streetcar Named Desire. Tonight, Marge takes over the local theater, and Lisa gets to work mounting an original musical – with an approach that bears an obvious resemblance to Hamilton.

SEASON PREMIERE: The momentum on this returning series is so sizable, BBC America is sharing the wealth, and AMC is simulcasting the Season 2 premiere to maximize the audience. Killing Eve was one of last year’s best TV shows, and most unexpectedly twisted and entertaining surprises. Based on the Season 2 premiere, the only thing that’s changed is the element of surprise: We now know this is one of TV’s most enjoyable and well-acted shows, and it doesn’t disappoint. And u

Tonight is the new episode that had me so thrilled about this new season of Billions. Wendy and Chuck have to face a ruthless political rival, who threatens to reveal embarrassing information about their private lives (his S&M predilections, and her complicit role-playing as his dominant: usually, when a married politician has a mistress, she and the wife are different people). Their reactions to this threat are not united – which leads to the most friction ever displayed in their marr

Fresh off their respective wins for Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy, series co-creator Bill Hader and co-star Henry Winkler returned for Season 2 last week firing on all cylinders. Hader’s Barry revealed, via flashback, the moment during his wartime sniper duty when he took his first life – and second, and third, in short order. And Winkler, as his local theater acting coach, was so impressed by the raw honesty that he decided not to disband his acting company. Good

The final season of Veep began last week, with more hilarious lines, shot out at machine-gun pace, than in a Howard Hawks comedy. Julia Louis-Dreyfus, as Selina, is running for president one last time – and already making as many mistakes as she did before. But boy, is it fun to watch – and where else on TV can you say that about a presidential campaign?

I guess the question I just asked about Veep – where else on TV is it fun to watch a political campaign – could be answered by this show as well. In fact, if you think about it (and I just did), Veep is the absolute perfect lead-in show to Last Week Tonight.

(EDITOR'S NOTE: This review is being reposted from January's premiere upon the launch of Season 2 because of its availability to a wider audience.) Turns out vampires aren’t as instantly adorable to grownup women as they are to teenage girls...

The Final Four play tonight, in doubleheader games deciding which teams will advance to this year’s NCAA men’s basketball final. CBS has exclusive TV coverage throughout the finals, and begins at 6 p.m. ET with Virginia vs. Auburn. Both teams won thrilling overtime games to advance this far. For Virginia, the only remaining No. 1 seed in the tournament, it’s the first Final Four berth in 35 years. For underdog Auburn, ranked No. 5, it’s the first Final Four appearance&hel

In tonight’s new edition of SNL, the guest host is Kit Harington, arriving the night before the final season of Game of Thrones begins on HBO. And in an NBC promo, he’s forced to walk a familiar-looking “walk of shame.” Musical guest: Sara Bareilles.
