Flesh and Bone comes straight out of new-school television drama, which means it’s 1) compelling, 2) intense and 3) dark... Very, very dark...

Aziz Ansari’s new comedy series, Master of None, is a total misnomer in terms of what its star and co-creator have wrought...

Part 2 of 2. The two-part episode The Zygon Invasion concludes tonight (if you missed Part 1, it’s repeated at 8 p.m. ET, before the start of tonight’s wrap-up). The Zygons are shape-shifters, which, considering their original shape (pictured), is understandable. But my question is, is the Clara we’re watching our familiar and beloved companion to the Doctor – or a shape-shifted alien?

This two-hour documentary, examining the life of Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis, is hosted by Natalie Morales of NBC’s Today. It utilizes the archives of NBC News, and emanates from the corporation’s Peacock Productions. So why is this special premiering on Reelz, rather than NBC? If that question ever is answered satisfactorily, it could be the Reelz story…

Tonight’s second episode, having established the premise and introduced the new team of misfits surrounding Bruce Campbell’s Ash, gets even more action-packed – and gleefully over-the-top absurd.

On tonight’s episode, more of The Returned return. And as they congregate, in this atmospheric and enigmatic series, the plot thickens. So if you’re still with this subtitled French series, as you should be – coagulations!

Unfortunately, or at least unavoidably, the ratings for tonight’s episode are going to be “Huuuuuge!” The guest host tonight is Donald Trump. And the musical guest… well, really, who cares? For full stories about NBC’s booking of Trump on SNL, see Ed Bark’s Uncle Barky’s Bytes and Alex Strachan’s TV That Matters.

High school ends for Jenna Hamilton on MTV’s “ Awkward Nov. 9, which it turns out will not mean the show is over. Way more terrifying, it also turns out that high school itself may never be over... Ever...

One of the proposed films in the Superman movie canon was a film planned for 1998, starring Nicolas Cage as the Man of Steel. It never got made, but this 2015 documentary is a behind-the-scenes story telling why. It may not have the class and veneer of The Epic That Never Was, that fabulous documentary about the aborted Charles Laughton movie version of I, Claudius – but these films about filmmaking always fascinate me.

This 1963 movie was one of my favorite films growing up – and it still is. Starring Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn, it’s an ultra-stylish story about a young widow in Paris pursued by murderous thieves in search of her late husband’s allegedly hidden, illegally obtained fortune. The city of Paris is filmed beautifully by Stanley Donen, who also makes the most of the obvious chemistry between Grant and Hepburn. I consider this the best Hitchcock movie Alfred Hitchcock never made
